Denon releases DRA-N5 & RCD-N8 CD players with iPhone/iPod dock and compatible speaker systems

Seems like there is no lack of music players with iPhone and iPod dock coming in from the Far East and this time around it is the turn of Denon to bring out a couple of cool and ergonomic models that will please Apple fans to no end. Denon has announced that it will bring out two new models which will hit the market shelves this October and both of them sport an iPhone/iPod dock, along with other playback options that stream music wirelessly using a LAN system. The DRA-N5 is the one that comes out with a net radio option and an ability to sync up with AirPlay, so that you can stream music endlessly from your Apple devices.

The RCD-N8 is the higher of the two models with an FM/Am Radio feature along with a built-n CD player that allows you to listen to all your favorite tracks as well. If you are looking for something with more features and far more options, then the RCD-N8 is the one you want. While the DRA-N5 comes with compatible ‘SC-N5’ speakers, which are in all black and will set you back by 10,000 Yen ($127), the RD-N8 will be launched along with the ‘SC-N8’ speakers that will cost 15,000 Yen ($190).

Or those who wish to bring home the DRA-N5 itself, the music player/dock will set you back by 44,800 Yen ($570) while those interested in the feature rich RCD-N8 will have to shell out 54,800 Yen ($697).
