As our language vocabulary increases (or deteriorates, as the case may be), new words find their way to the dictionary. The latest word to enter the new Merriam-Webster Collegiate Dictionary is the word Fanboy. The word joins 99 others, and here’s the official definition:
“Fanboy n. (1919): [a] boy who is an enthusiastic devotee, such as of comics or movies.”
