What was once a roomful of computer got reduced to a table-top to a laptop and now a tablet. It’s shrinking so fast that before the tablet goes old we already have a concept on how to make the tablet a foldable device. Though still in its early concept design days, the Flexbook portrays the possibility of incredibly attractive rubber skins that can be swapped. The 11-inch form makes it feel like less of a compromise, for the added portability. By folding the keyboard, it can convert into a netbook of sorts.
The Flexibook is the brainchild of one Hao-Cun Huang who submitted it as an entry into Fujitsu’s 2011 Design Awards.
