Greenhouse Japan has announced the GH-SPA110T portable speakers which look more like a sponge ball. The speaker has a built in amplifier which delivers an output of 1W, it has a playback frequency of 300Hz – 2kHz and impedance of 8 ohms. The built in Lithium Ion battery can be charged via USB which delivers continuos playback of 5 hours. Scheduled to go on sale by October the speaker will be available in five colors for 2500 Yen ($ 28) a piece.
