We were awaiting the first color E-Ink E-Reader to come by and here’s tangible evidence of its presence. This 9.7 inch reader will definitely mark a new chapter in electric readers but Hanvon have priced it at $530 which may take a toll on the number of perspective buyers. It is expected to launch in China first and later head to the US. I wish the price of the E-Reader would drop a little to fit into everyone’s budget but then it’s the first of its kind and going color is something that will stick with E-Readers.

The reader will be available of about $530 in China when it rolls out into stores in February 2011.
