German geeks should be delighted to know that Vodafone’s LTE network is creeping in. The not so interesting news is that the device of choice will be HTC Velocity. It’s what we know as the Vivid and though it may sport a few good features here and there but really, wouldn’t it be nicer if a flagship device got through? Yet, the Velocity packs a 4.5-inch display, a dual-core 1.5GHz processor, Gingerbread support, 1GB RAM, 16GB memory and 8-megapixel camera. Not bad but not the best.
There isn’t any price or release date attached to this launch. But there sure is some looking forward for Germans.
