So even though iPhone 4S has got an official launch, Apple has still hasn’t unwrapped some of its features. One of them is about the RAM. Though everybody was hoping 1GB RAM here, some unconfirmed rumors have pointed out that is going to be half of what iPhone 4 carried i.e. 512MB.
