Japan gets the world’s lightest Android tablet made from aircraft grade carbon-fiber

This is the NEC Medias Tab UL N08-D, a 7 inch tablet which is the lightest in the world weighing in at 249 grams only. It is just 69% of the weight of the Amazon Kindle Fire and 71% weight of the Google Nexus 7. It does not cut flab by giving up on features but by making use of a super light weight aircraft grade carbon-fiber. This baby runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, packs a LCD display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels, a 1.5 GHz dual-core processor, an 8-megapixel camera and a 3,100 mAh battery.
