Lenovo IdeaPad U300S ultrabook to cost $1,200

Whatsoever took them so long one would wonder? But Lonovo had a trick up their sleeve as they finally slipped the IdeaPad U300S into the mainline ultrabook challenge. With a 13.3-inch display screen, this cool notebook manages to stuff in a series of cool features, each backing on the previous to make the U300S one of the most desirable portable PCs around. They read as: a Intel Core i5-2457M or Core i7-2677M processor option, up to 4GB of DDR3 RAM, up to 256GB of storage, 802.11b/g/n WiFi, a 1.3-megapixel Web camera, a USB 2.0 port and USB 3.0 port, a microphone and headphone jack, HDMI out, RapidCharge technology to charge the battery to half-full in half an hour, and Intel’s “Breathable Keyboard”.04.jpg

Well, I believe that that much is enough to fulfill your wishlist for the coming months. It is expected in October for $1,200. There’s also word about a U400 that will pack a 14-inch display, an AMD Radeon HD 6470M graphics card option and an integrated DVD burner.
