Lenovo’s ThinkPad X220 takes the convertible route

05.jpgLenovo are known for their convertible tablet machines and the X220 is another feather in their hat. What makes this one go all ‘it’ is the fact that it packs a fair bit of features, such as a choice of i3, i5 and i7 processors, a spacious 12.5-inch display screen with IPS multitouch, an Intel HD graphics card, main memory up to 8GB, 320 HDD or 160 SSD storage space, support for 3G, WiMAX, Wi-Fi, USB3.0 and a camera that records videos at an impressive 720p resolution. It runs on Windows OS 7 and does the swivel thing quite smoothly. As far as looks are concerned the X220 is a sure winner.

All the compactness, cool features and portability comes for a price, no doubt. Expect the tablet from April at prices starting from $1,199.
