I love concept wheels. They’re never too late on innovations and leave us high and dry on a fantasy we seldom see fulfilled. Enter, the Mercedes Benz Ener-G-Force, a powerful, rugged looking SUV that manages to keep the environment on the top of its priority charts. It was built as an entrant to this year’s LA Design Challenge. The Mercedes Benz Ener-G-Force concept makes use of a hydro-tech converter that converts water into hydrogen for its fuel cell power. This means that the only emission you can expect from this one is water vapor!
Other features of the Mercedes Benz Ener-G-Force Concept include a range of 500 miles, 4-wheel hub electronic motors that are electronically controlled to precisely handle any terrain, a Terra-Scan system, and the sad news of it being a concept and as unrealistic as a unicorn.
