If you think any CD-R reproduces the same quality of sounds, then you are wrong. It is the same deal as analog tapes. The sound quality depends very much on the CD-R which you use. The label surface is applied with special ink “silent coat,” which helps reduce the vibration when writing. What you get is a sound as close to the original source as possible.
