Nvidia displays Tegra 4i enabled phone at Computex

Nvidia has raised eyebrows and tickled coveted minds with the blatant display of a smartphone, rigged with their next best offering. At Computex, the manufacturer showed off the first Tegra 4i enabled smartphone that is bound to be high on design, high on performance and of course, an overkill in graphics performance. On first glance, the phone’s prototype showed off a 4.8-inch display with support for resolutions of up to 720p, the aforementioned CPU, 1GB RAM, 8 to 32GB storage space, a 13-megapixel shooter, alleged compatibility with 4G networks, all, in a slim body of just 7.9mm. It looks pretty ergonomic to use, like all those not-so-round Lumia phones we have seen recently. The prototype shown ran Android 4.2.1, but we can be optimistic on that count.

Nvidia stated that their smartphone could well land up, early in 2014. It could cost the eager buyer (who we presume to be a true-to-heart gamer), anything between $300 and $400.
