Onkyo E7 the first desktop computer with an iPod dock

Sotec a subsidiary of Onkyo has unveiled the E7 series of media center PC’s. Sporting an iMac look the PC has a 21.6 LCD (1680 × 1050 pixels), Intel Core 2 Duo E7200 processor at 2.53 Ghz, upto 2GB memory, upto 500GB hard drive, DVD multi drive, card reader, 1.3 Megapixel webcam, and the first of its kind iPod dock. Except for the limited RAM it makes a good buy, the unit comes complete with a wireless keyboard and mouse, remote control and onboard 8W × 2ch.high quality Onkyo speakers. Scheduled to go on sale in October the E7 will be available in Japan at 144,800 Yen ($ 1450).
