Its raining televisions today at Panasonic as the company announced 8 Plasma and 4 LCD TV’s. All the Plasma panels are full HD, have a contrast ratio of 30000:1 and will be available in 50/46/42 sizes. The PZ800 is the top of the line series which has a full glass layer on the front and uses wide color gamut conversion technology. The LCD’s on the other hand are also full HD and will be available in 32 and 37 inches. The entire line up is for the Bejing Olympics as Panasonic is the main sponsor of the mega event. The TV’s will go on sale in Japan starting April 10 2008.
