Coming this November to Softbank Japan is the Panasonic Lumix 101P phone. Targeted at shutter bugs the phone has a 13.1 megapixel sensor, Lumix image engine, Face recognition and an easy to use image gallery which crops and processes images for posting on Twitter and Facebook. The camera lens is positioned in a way that fingers dont get in the field of view when shooting. Running on Android Gingerbread the phone is powered by a 1Ghz processor. It has a 4 inch LCD supporting a resolution of 960 × 540 pixels (QHD), Mobile wallet, One seg tuner, Infrared and Bluetooth. And like all the Japanese phones we have seen recently this one handles the brunt of the weather too. It measures 64 × 123 × 9.8mm and weighs 128 grams and will be Japan only.
