Parrot launched the iPhone-ready car stereos at the Frankfurt Auto Show. The RKi8400 is an in-dash car stereo that is especially for the iPhone. The system allows users to browse the Apple smartphone’s music by album cover on an LCD and also automatically shifts to hands-free mode when a call comes. In addition to hand-free calling, the Stereo Bluetooth also plays music for any device that can recognize A2DP, including iPhones and second generation iPod touch models with 3.0 firmware. The music files are stored on the USB storage and there is also an SDHC card slot that gives a semi-permanent storage. This will cost you $400.
