An iPhone application has been unveiled by Pioneer which will be able to work with two of the company’s in-dash navigation systems. The AVIC FEEDS app will link the iPhone to the AVIC-U310BT or AVIC-Z110BT head unit. This helps the iPhone users to find out any point of interests or destinations on the phone itself or they access the same from navigation system via Bluetooth. The main idea behind this is the elimination of finding something at home or saving the trouble of manually having to key in address information on the nav screen. The head unit provides voice-enabled, turn-by-turn directions and the price is only $599 for the AVIC-U310BT and the high-end AVIC-Z110BT will cost you $1599.
