Porsche’s sport SUV the Cayanne is one helluva vehicle. From comfort to technology it’s fully covered and having had an opportunity to drive the beast, i have to say, WOW! However, amidst all the pomp, tech and glamor that the Cayanne brings to the table, it’s not a very fuel efficient car. That’s all about to change with Porsche’s newer version of the SUV that’ll be out as a Hybrid model. It was unveiled as a prototype in 2007 at Stuttgart so it’s been a long time coming. However, according to the latest info, it’s probably going to be their most fuel efficient model yet. Its feature set includes a 325 horsepower 3.0L supercharged V6 mated to a 38kW electric motor. The Hybrid hasn’t yet made it out from behind the curtain yet but it’s expected at March’s Geneva Motor Show with UK being the first place it’ll hit come May.
