Samsung Galaxy Premier premieres with Android 4.1

The much awaited Samsung Galaxy Premier has finally made it in the open. Along with the usual Galaxy niceties, this one also packs a bevy of welcome features that can take the Galaxy line places, like the Galaxy Sx series inspired. Among the many good things that come along with it are S Beam, Direct Call, Pop-Up Play and S Voice. The phone will offer a 4.65-inch HD Super AMOLED display with resolutions of up to 1280×720 pixels. Inside, it will run Android 4.1 Jelly Bean on a 1.5GHz dual-core T1 OMAP 4470 processor with 1GB RAM. Other features that could well endear the Galaxy Premier to geeks world-over are up to 16GB storage, an 8-megapixel camera, NFC, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, microSD expansion up to 64GB and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera.

The Samsung Galaxy Premier is one complete package, some would say. It will be available early in November and will come first to Russia at an undisclosed price.
