Simulator teaches doctors to operate with robots

Doctors have a way with things during operations. Some of them resort to good conversations with patients as they wait for the anesthesia to take effect while some of them simply turn on the music and leave their presence to do the pleasantries before the incisions are made. I wonder how these robots teaching them will make it this good for patients. A cool simulator by the name of RoSS helps doctors operate using complex robots (like the Da Vinci robot).

The simulator makes it simple for doctors to be trained to operate using these high precision robots, thus reducing the training costs.
