Sneak a peak at the Nikon D3000 images

The recent images leaked on the Internet are those of the Nikon D3000 camera. These images could very well be the work of some rabid fan, but never the less, we like what we see. This entry level DSLR has a smaller body compared to the D5000, no HDMI connectors, no microphone and most likely no articulating display. This may certainly mean there won’t be a video recording feature on it. Interestingly, the images on Nikon Rumors show a microphone on the D3000. Rumors also suggest the DSLR may integrate 720p video recording, an SD storage option, quiet shutter mode, and the ability to continuously shoot at eight frames per second. So until we get a proper confirmation from Nikon about these images, speculations are still on about the features of the much awaited D3000.
