Sprint loyalists looking for the ultimate Android upgrade have a sweet surprise in store for them. The network has just announced a pretty snazzy looking Samsung Galaxy S4 in a shade we haven’t seen often, from the house of Samsung. In addition to their existing Black Mist and White Frost editions, the company has made the Purple Mirage S4 official. There aren’t any new features for folks to look forward to. Besides the outer hues, everything on the inside screams vanilla Galaxy S4. For those who’d like a quick revision of specs, the Galaxy S4 offers Android 4.2.2. running on a 5-inch full HD Super AMOLED display screen, powered by a 1.9GHz quad-core processor, 2GB RAM, 4G LTE network and an astonishing 13-megapixel camera.


For now, the Purple Mirage Galaxy S4 is only announced for the US and Taiwan. It will be available for the standard $200 rate on a 2-year contract in Sprint Stores and Telesales. Web sales for the same will commence from August 16th.
