In the gadgetry section in the league of awesomeness a new addition – the Camaro PC has been announced. And if your thinking this is nothing more than just eye candy, there’s quite a power house under the hood, just like you’d find in the actually car. Intel is the driving engine behind this beauty, and the ‘chassis’ comes loaded with a whole lot of goodies to make fans go nuts. Some of them include – a tray-less, slot loading DVD drive that retracts and ejects disks from the front bumper, Ultra bright LEDs for the headlights light up when the power is on and the taillights flash when the hard disk is active. It also has a uniquely designed power button that’s also the hood ornament all standard PC ports – 2x USB, HDMI, DVI, SVGA, AUDIO 7.1, MICROPHONE and 10/100/1000 Ethernet. It also uses 100% lead free paint.

The Camero PC comes with an Intel ION graphic processor with NVIDIA PureVideo HD technology and your choice of an 8GB or 4GB 800Mhz Ram. You can also opt for 500GB or a 250GB 7200RPM Hard drive. Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium is the OS du jour and well that’s that. Its price tag says $1240 and that really doesn’t bother me considering the design. Excuse me while I wipe the droll from my salivating lips.
