There are two extremely hyped releases that are all set to get gamers by their, well, portable lust. Playing games on the move has its own advantages. That we have come to terms with all these years of game play on the PlayStation Portable and the Nintendo DS. It seems that the NGP or PSP 2 is all set to own the scene in the portable gaming arena (read: also the world of general mobile entertainment). What’s truth is that both are major innovations in the gaming industry, only one is an almost-multimedia-smartphone that has all features of a smartphone, sans calling, in addition to PSP3 like gameplay. And what does the 3DS have in return?

Even if you look at it price wise, there’s not much difference between the $249 3DS and the $299-$349 margin of the NGP that offers so much more.
