UTI Bank one of the biggest bank in India has an Automated Teller Machine at Thegu in the North Eastern state of Sikkim which is the world’s highest at 13,200 feet (4023 meters). You cant expect it to dispense moolah all year around as it runs on a generator when the fuel is not frozen.
