If you come across a dual-touchscreen tablet with a simulated keyboard (haptic touch and all) on one of the screens then you’re probably looking at the amazingly sleek and useful Toshiba Libretto W100. The dual 7” displays both support multi-touch and come with LED backlighting. It may be the world’s first but then that’s not the end to it. The tablet also comes with horizontal and vertical options with the help of an accelerometer that makes it feel almost like reading a book. The features spell out an Intel Pentium 1.2GHz U5400 CPU, 2 GB RAM, 62GB SSD, WiMAX, Bluetooth 2.1, a webcamera, Win 7 Home Premium and a lot more.
It will be expected sometime this August in Japan for $1,320. It is touted to be a limited run. So better make the most of it.
