We all know how you look and we all know you click selfies when you’re mostly happy. What we really want to know is what’s happening in a wider radius around you because that’s the part of your holiday that we truly envy. Tourism Australia would surely endorse this fact because their all new app called Giga now offers Japanese tourists a selfie experience of a life time. The GIGA app marks your locations, waits till you pose and shoots your image with the surrounding area from a distance of 111 meters away. The cameras that support the app will be planted in famous parts across Australia. All you need to do is step on the board that is designated by the GIGA app, click a selfie and have it linked with the app. The resulting image will be shot by an extremely high resolution camera that is placed at a strategic location.
The image you receive from the app includes you somewhere among the many zooms and the scenery around you. The first few rounds took place on the 5th and 6th of September at Queesland, off the Gold Coast.
