Blackberry’s Playbook hasn’t had the best reviews with complaints on its OS, apps among others. This has raised concerns with Verizon who after confirming that it would carry the Palybook, was last quoted “We’re still evaluating the BlackBerry Playbook and have not made a determination as to whether we’re going to distribute it.” Initial figures for the Playbook are estimated around 45,000 (20,000 from retailers, 25,000 from online pre-orders) a tad bit unimpressive against the iPad 2′s 500,000 units sold the first day.
On the bright side, if you may call it that, industry analysts expect the Playbook to surpass the popular Motorola Xoom with its business appeal.
