The single may or may not be to your taste, but the fact that musician Jeff Mills’ latest release is on a vinyl/CD hybrid is likely to generate a few sales regardless of the man’s musical talent. Appealing to old school retro turntable users and modern music junkies, this hybrid is vinyl on one side and CD on the other. And having checked out the guy’s catalogue on Axis records’ website, I think he needs all the sales he can get. Sorry Jeff, but Sci-Fi UFO-based noises are not particularly mainstream, are they?
