Facebook users have been enthralled by Farmville and Cityville since quite some time now, though the developers, Zynga, have some pretty surprising plans in store. The developer is currently planning to lay out its own gaming platform called Zynga Direct where players can interact and play their favorite “Ville” games without having to use their Facebook accounts for the same. And just like the most of us, Zynga too is probably sick and tired of the changes Facebook keeps implementing coupled with the rules laid by the social networking site. Also, this might take a while, though we aren’t sure just how wise this move is on Zynga’s part, given that a majority of its players have begun their little farms and cities while on Facebook!
