The Nintendo DS Lite’s battery does last for a long time but keeping in mind its addictive games you surely need more power. Here are two alternate power solution for more gaming pleasure. The Charge Boy DS which uses 3 AA batteries to power the DS Lite via a 1 meter long power cord. It has a red LED light which indicates the remaining battery life, low battery is indicated by blinking. The DLite power works similarly but it is more slimmer and uses 4 AA batteries so more gaming time. The Charge Boy DS provides juice for 2 hours at max brightness and 8 hours at min brightness. The DLite on the other hand powers for 3 hours 16 minutes and 10 hours 30 minutes at max and min brightness settings.

The Charge boy and DLite are available in Japan for 2500 Yen ($ 21) and 980 Yen ($ 8) respectively.
